AI systems for premium restaurants · Luxembourg
We handle the busywork. You focus on your guests.
Qualee is the AI systems partner for gastronomic and bistronomic restaurants in Luxembourg. We design, deploy and run the systems that take admin off your plate, co-funded up to 70% by the State.

You didn't open a restaurant to chase admin.
Yet that is where the week goes. The average independent restaurant runs on around five disconnected tools, and hours of every week disappear into keeping them in sync. That time comes straight out of the dining room.
rotas · invoices · supplier orders · reviews · reservations · no-shows
Not another app. A partner.
Most software hands you one more dashboard to check. We do the opposite. Operators who sit inside your operation, turning a restaurant drowning in admin into an augmented one: same team, same standards, hours back every week.
The method
Four steps to an augmented restaurant.
Every engagement follows the same arc, from a clear-eyed audit to a system that keeps improving after launch.
01
Diagnose
A structured audit of your operation: where the hours leak, which tools fight each other, and what to automate first.
02
Design
A blueprint drawn around your service, your team and your standards. The system is shaped to the house, never the other way round.
03
Deploy
We build, connect and install inside tools you already own. Your team keeps its habits; the busywork moves to the machine.
04
Optimize
We stay. We measure what the system saves, refine it every month and extend it as the operation grows.
What we build
Team ops
Rotas, onboarding and internal knowledge: the daily coordination of the house, kept in order without the group-chat chaos.
Automation
Invoices filed, supplier orders confirmed, reviews answered: the recurring admin handled quietly in the background.
Integrations
Your POS, reservations and accounting finally speak to each other. One operation, one source of truth.
Voice
An AI voice agent that answers the phone, takes reservations and holds your tone, even mid-service on a full Saturday.

“We stopped re-typing the same order into four screens. That alone gave us back an evening a week.”

Funding
Luxembourg co-funds the work.
Through the SME Packages – Digital (Luxembourg) programme, the House of Entrepreneurship co-funds qualified digitalisation projects: up to 70% of the cost, up to €17,500. We scope the project to qualify and prepare the file with you.
Integrations
Plugs into the stack you already run.
Reservations, POS, telephony, scheduling, reviews, CRM, payments and messaging: Qualee connects the tools your house already trusts into one system. Nothing to replace, nothing to relearn.

Asked before every engagement.
You do. Everything we build runs in accounts your restaurant owns: your data, your tools, your access. If we ever part ways, the system stays with you and keeps working.
No. We design around how your house already runs. Most of what we deploy works behind the scenes, and the parts your team touches are deliberately simple, usually simpler than what they replace.
Yes, that is the point. We connect your existing POS, reservation, accounting and communication tools rather than replacing them. Where a tool is genuinely failing you, we will say so and propose an alternative.
Projects typically fall in the €3,000 – €25,000 range, and the Luxembourg State co-funds up to 70% of it (max €17,500) through the House of Entrepreneurship, so most clients start at a fraction of the sticker price. First systems are live in weeks, not months, and the diagnostic itself is free.
Fifteen minutes. See where AI pays off.
A short call with Marco or Gaspard. No deck, no obligation. We look at how your house runs and tell you what we would automate first.
